I have been using the EU S10e from Digitec/Galaxus for 2 years in Switzerland and when travelling. (Europe/Africa) I am still thrilled. When I bought it, I wondered briefly why it didn't say CH. But I didn't notice any restrictions. I don't know the CH version. So I can't report on any differences. Of course, the keyboard can also be set to CH.

Yes. Digitec gives the following device code: SM-G970FZGDAUT. The last 3 letters AUT identify it as a CH device that also supports Samsung Pay (CH framework). I have an S10e from Digitec and can confirm that it really is the CH version and Samsung Pay is installed. Hope I was able to help further.
