I can answer that myself right away: No.
Here is a list of Samsung models that have a MicroSD slot:

The mobile on sale is generally unlocked for all SIM cards, i.e. "open", as it supports dual SIM with nano-SIM and eSIM and there are no restrictions on specific network providers.
Two nano SIM cards or one nano SIM and one eSIM can be used, which indicates netlock-free use.
The smartphone has the function to activate VoLTE (Voice over LTE). To use VoLTE, the device must be updated to at least Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher. Activation takes place in the settings under Connections > Mobile networks > Switch on VoLTE calls. This enables voice calls via the 4G LTE network, which offers better voice quality.
The Samsung Galaxy A36 does not have an FM radio receiver, so it cannot natively receive FM radio broadcasts. Therefore, it does not support listening to FM radio through a built-in app or hardware.
To connect a wired earphone to the Samsung Galaxy A36, you would typically use the audio jack if available, or a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter if the phone lacks a dedicated headphone jack. The wired earphones act as an antenna for FM radio on phones that support it, but since this model does not have FM radio, the wired earphones will function only for audio output and input purposes.
The Samsung Galaxy A36 (SM-A366BZKGEUE) does not have its own 3.5 mm headphone jack. To use wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack plug, you need a USB-C to 3.5 mm adapter, which you connect to the USB-C multifunction socket. Alternatively, you can also use USB-C headphones or Bluetooth headphones.
Unfortunately, the Samsung Galaxy A36 EE does not have an SD card slot and therefore does not offer the option of expanding the memory using a micro SD card.

The Samsung Galaxy A36 5G does not have a slot for a microSD card. If you need additional storage space, you can use a USB adapter to connect a microSD card via the USB port.
