Is there a possibility to get spare parts for the tripod (maybe even via digitec)? It would be really questionable if it would be cheaper to buy a complete new tripod than individual parts - unfortunately I haven't found anything yet... Already in the first 2 weeks of use, the ball head came loose and both screw and head were lost.

According to the Rollei website, the new carbon tripod also has a retractable centre column. What does digitec currently supply? The one in the picture or with a retractable centre column?

I received the tripod today. It makes a very good impression. The description says: "Furthermore, you will receive a wide, shoulder-friendly carrying strap" This is also visible in the series of pictures. But it was not included in the delivery!
