Questions about Razer Tartarus V2

I wonder why such products are only under the rubric of gaming. Should be part of the standard inventory for every technical draughtsman. Just like programmable mice.

For the Tartarus V2, once the macros are programmed using the "Razer Synapse" application, are they saved on the keyboard so that it can be used even if "Razer Synapse" is not running? This is the case on the Razer Blackwidow V3 in any case.

Is this item compatible with the PS5?

Would this work for left-handed people? I can see that the little thumb stick is on the wrong side, but that is OK. Would the hand feel comfortable otherwise?

How is the device recognised in the games? Simply as an additional controller or is programming mandatory with the Razer software? I am looking for an additional game controller in the form of a small additional keyboard - when I change the key assignment in the game, I would like to assign an action to the normal "A" key on the keyboard, for example, another action to the right trigger of the controller and a third to the first key of the additional keyboard. Apart from the driver, I would like to do without additional software if possible. Thank you for experience reports
