Questions about Razer Firefly Hard Edition

Assuming you meant "software" :) (Hardware is everything you can touch) You can control the product (and many other Razer products) with "Razer Synapse". This is a free software that you can download from https://www.razer.com/software. There you can also control the different Razer products. There you can choose the different light effects and synchronise the lights of all your Razer devices. There might be a manual, but the software is very easy to use and you can't break anything :) If you want to get a feel for the settings, I recommend searching for "Razer Synapse" on YouTube. By the way, you don't "have" to download anything specific with this product. You can also use the product as a mouse pad without plugging it into your PC/laptop. Of course, the lights don't work then :)

The Razer Firefly Hard Edition, unlike the Cloth Edition, is not a cloth mat/mousepad. It is a hard cover (probably a PVC/plastic alloy and therefore not replaceable). This is the hard version and the other is the cloth version. The cloth version is better for precise and accurate movements. For fast movements, the hard version is better. So you have to choose the version according to the way you play.
