Yes they do- but only with the GoPro Protective housing. They dont fit onto the Hero 11 camera directly. Its a different type of fit from previous filter versions but much easier to use.

They fit very well on the GoPro 9 and are also labelled as such. The other housings are different and these filters should not fit. It is actually clear in the description for which housings they fit.
