Polar H1 is NOT compatible because it works with a completely different radio technology (Gymlink). However, the M400 only understands Bluetooth Smart (BLE). Instead of the H7 (BLE + Gymlink), I would personally go for a Wahoo TICKR model, as it works with BLE and ANT+ (Garmin). The battery also lasts longer with the TICKR than with the H7.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the bracelets. These are only available directly from the manufacturer.
