I would like to connect 2 laptops to the monitor at the same time via USB-C / Thunderbold, is that possible? It is unclear in the manual, it looks like only one laptop can be connected via Thunderbold and the 2 laptops must be connected via USB-C1 & HDMI & Stom. I don't want that, but only 1 cable each from the monitor to the laptop...

Why does this monitor fall out of the search filter when you enter USB-C and Thunderbolt under "Video connections"? Specifically, why are these not listed in the properties of this monitor? Does this have something to do with the limitation in the PDF "Technical data sheet" ("For video transmission via USB-C, your notebook/device must support USB-C DP Alt mode")? But that would be strange, as this presumably applies to video transmission via USB-C in general. With over 40" screens, only 6 screens appear with this connection limitation. I'm now wondering how reliable this filter is and how many screens that work via USB-C are not displayed.

According to our information, the product has a USB-C connection with DisplayPort Alt mode. Thunderbolt is not supported. This is a technical filter that only lists products with explicit Thunderbolt support. USB-C with DP Alt mode is not sufficient to appear in the "Thunderbolt" filter.

Question 1: According to the manufacturer, monitors come with a 36-month warranty. See: https://www.philips.ch/content/B2C/de_CH/support-home/warranty/warranty-bl.html --> However, the product page (Digitec) states 24 months. What is actually valid or correct? Question 2: According to the user manual [ see: https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20240916/1c9f5e3ae0ab4c00b666b1ed00819e5f.pdf ] page 34/38/39, the maximum refresh rate is 120 Hz (of course below the requirements mentioned there: DP1.4, HBR3, DSC, ...). --> On the product page (Digitec) it says 100 Hz. What is correct? Thanks for your feedback!

The warranty will be processed by us within 24 months. At the end of this period, you must contact the manufacturer directly. What is the difference between model 6000CH and 6003CH? Is it only Thunderbolt 4 vs. 3? Can camera's autoframe be switched off in 6003CH now? Does KVM work with macbooks in 6003CH?

According to my research, it is actually only the Thunderbolt 4 port on the "49B2U6903CH" and a USB-C with PD and DP on the "49B2U6900CH". According to the user manual, you can switch off "auto-framing" on the "6903" model. The manual also states that the 6903" monitor is fully compatible with MacOS, i.e. Macbooks and iMacs, including the KVM function.

I have already requested the correction. "MMD" is the company in the background, responsible for Philips monitors, as far as my research goes. The monitor is a "Philips 49B2U6903CH/00" according to our supplier details.
