With the maximum graphics card length of 318mm, is the possible presence of front fans and/or radiator taken into consideration or not? I would just like to know if a "normal" 28cm long graphics card together with 280mm radiator and fan would fit in the front. Thanks in advance.

The specification refers to the maximum length of the GPU with the 140mm fans already pre-installed at the front and rear.

These are the following fans: Phanteks PH-F140MP PWM (140mm, 1x) , which are 25mm thick.

So if you take away the 25mm or add it to the gap, you get 319 + 25 = 344mm.
