You can send SMS with it. But gloogl... goggel? Is that something new ;-) ? No Google, as far as I can tell. There is Facebook and an internet function, "Opera Mini", but that hardly offers any fun for surfing. Dear Scania, this is a "brick" from the pre-smartphone era. It works great and looks cool.
Yes, the menu navigation can be set to German; according to the manufacturer, German is supported. For some regional variants, the pre-installed language list may vary slightly, but the German language is generally available.
Unfortunately, we cannot say exactly which version will be delivered. Different regional versions can be listed under the same GTIN. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the delivered version can be set to German. For this reason, I unfortunately cannot provide you with a specific item number for which the German language setting is guaranteed.
Yes, French is included. The language settings on the Nokia 3210 include, amongst others, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, Swedish and Turkish.

Technically, these have no difference; we source the model from two different suppliers. With item 45189476, it might not be adjustable in German and French, and this possibility also exists for model 46261072.
In principle, the language, including French, can be set. Should this, contrary to expectations, not work for any reason, you can of course return the item.
"Without charger" means that no USB power adapter is included. The specification "2 to 5 watts" describes the recommended charging power of the power adapter. A stronger USB charger can still be used without problems, as the phone limits the charging power itself.
Unfortunately, this Nokia does not have real 4G as described, but LTE, which is supposedly only ALMOST equivalent to 4G. I live in a valley in southern Ticino and I have to say that, besides other inconveniences, the reception repeatedly breaks down completely. I can't reach anyone, and no one can reach me. I also had to get used to making calls on speakerphone, otherwise I hear my conversation partners as if they were on the moon or even further away. It's also absolutely ridiculous that you have to type SMS messages letter by letter, like a hundred years ago, because there's no German/Italian, etc. dictionary available - but all the languages of Eastern European countries, as well as Russian, etc., are. The device came with Polish factory settings via a Polish distributor and was probably designed more for the Eastern Bloc.
I didn't have all these problems with my old 3G Nokia.
A quick update:
The problem has been sorted. The device is working perfectly.
Apparently, the initial setup must be carried out with the SIM card inserted. I had originally set up the phone without a SIM card. After a factory reset and setting it up again with the SIM card inserted, calls now work without any problems.
Thank you very much!
We purchase the devices from various suppliers and are therefore unfortunately unable to say whether a particular model supports French or not. Unfortunately, we currently have no way of specifically offering only French versions.
Now I can answer my own question. No Facebook pre-installed on the Barça version. Neither do the pre-installed but "free to buy" games that are otherwise available on the normal 3210. So the only game on it is Snake. In addition, the icons are of course much, much nicer than on the normal version.
