Personally I ordered it here on Digitec more than a month ago. It was available in March on several sites including Digitec. So don't complain that on the day of the order there is only a minimal restocking as everything is already gone for several weeks.

The artbook is in Japanese and I ordered the game in German.
That must have been a limited number. But you can still find some copies at swap meets or on a Swiss online auction house.
Collector editions are usually very limited and are rarely offered again after they are sold out, especially Zelda collections. Offers from private sellers may appear on trade exchanges.
Unfortunately, we do not communicate our exact stock.

According to a few people who have already received the Collector's Edition, the art book will be in Japanese!

Contact support, they've reimbursed me the difference. I doubt that they can guarantee delivery, but seeing that they don't allow any further orders, I believe that they're trying their best to serve the orders that were placed.
