There is 1 Legendary Pokémon that can be caught per version.
- Zacian is available in Pokémon Sword
- Zamazenta is available in Pokémon Shield
There are also other edition-specific Pokémon that can only be caught in Sword or only in Shield.
Whichever edition you choose is just a matter of taste, so it doesn't matter whether you're a newcomer or a veteran.

Hello. I can confirm that language of a game may be set to any of languages listed on the back of a package: EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, JA, ZH, KO.
Yup, just uses whatever language your Switch is set to. I played it in English. :)

I don't assume so, since the description explicitly says IT. If there is no German data, the game cannot output it.
If something is multilingual, it usually says DE/EN/FR/IT.

The language (DE) in the title only indicates the language of the cover. Games on the Switch always adapt to the selected system language anyway. So you can simply switch your Switch to English and Pokemon will also run in English ;)
