I ordered and paid for the Nintendo E-Shop card last night. The status says in stock. I didn't get the code and I didn't get a link. I looked in my spam folder and there is nothing there either. I also looked under gift cards and it says it can take up to 24 hours for gift cards to show up. Half a year ago I had the same problem and had to cancel the order because after 200 hours there was still no code. What can I do now?

You do not receive anything by post. You have received the purchase confirmation email and on it is the code to be sent to the person concerned. I have printed the document.

I don't see the code anywhere. Neither in my profile under Gift Cards nor in my email. What should I do?

A link is displayed at the bottom e.g. Code 54xxx click on it, then the code appears

The code only comes with the order, it is visible there.

can the code also be redeemed abroad with another currency?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Credit can only be added to a Nintendo Account from Switzerland. To add credit for another country/region, create a new account and buy the corresponding prepaid card from the retailer you trust.

I was able to find the codes after purchase in my profile under "Purchases -> Gift Cards".
