Has anybody had a good experience with Medion customer service? This is important because when you buy a Medion device from Digitec you do not get Digitec level of customer service you get Medion level. Medion is where customer service goes to die if it can't get a grave at Mediamarkt. My Computer is still in service for 3 months.

is it possible to make an SLI connection with a second Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti on this PC? if so, do you still have the 980ti in stock? LG

I wouldn't go for SLI now. Most games no longer support it anyway. Sell your 980Ti and treat yourself to a 1070 or 1080 GTX. Makes more sense from my point of view.

Presumably, various drivers are pre-installed... But if this is not the case for individual components, which drivers are normally necessary? (except graphics card)

Basically, you only need to regularly update the drivers of the graphics card so that you can also play the latest games with optimised settings. All other drivers are already pre-installed and/or can be installed automatically by Windows itself.

Will there also be a Medion Erazer model with the soon to be available "Geforce GTX 1080" graphics card?

Are there any drivers that should be installed during the first start-up? Or will the latest available already be installed or available on CD?

Quite recent ones are already installed. Otherwise, the Windows update function will download the latest ones. For the graphics card, I would check if there is a newer driver on the nvidia website.
