you can't remove the switches, but you can change the keycaps, so at least there's a little customization

Hello, yes you need to press CMD|alt gr (the first key to the right of the space bar) and press 2.
The keyboard has the CH layout. In most cases, the product pictures always show the US layout. The decisive factor is the information in the specifications.

They can be paired via Bluetooth and do not necessarily require the USB adapter.
