Hi Natasha, I don't know if the mouse can meet the specific needs of the software. But to set up all the mouse functions you need to download Logitech Options and maybe Bolt for the connection. LG Uwe

No, unfortunately not. Logitech Options is necessary on all devices because the configurations are stored in the software and not in the mouse.

3. battery does not work, only rechargeable battery and it lasts very long (why battery when it has rechargeable battery??)
Hello, difficult to answer. In a company network, it depends on whether device drivers are allowed to be loaded/installed or whether they are prevented by GPO. USB devices could also be blocked or only certain devices allowed (USB-LOCK). What will not work is to install any additional software. If I were you, I would check with IT support.
