Questions about Logitech G G502 Hero

Does it always break so quickly? My first G502 lasted about 4 months. The one I got replaced under warranty had exactly the same problems with the right button after just a few days. When you hold the button down, it doesn't hold and unintentionally makes multiple clicks.

The 16k in the product title, does that mean the mouse is locked at 16'000 DPI? I tried searching online but all I found is the Logitech g502, without the 16k. I hope it's not locked for 16'000 DPI, otherwise I just wasted 60 francs for nothing.

I bought the previous model ages ago - still in top working order! But in the meantime I've been through the foot slides and at first glance they look the same as from this model. Can you order them? I can find them on Amazon from third-party suppliers (e.g. "Mouse Skatez"), but I would have to order them from Germany. I can't find any spare parts from Logitech itself for private customers.

My G502 Hero stopped working today. It lights up at the beginning but the DPI lights go out quickly. The G still lights up and the mouse reacts more or less, but the arrow moves very laggy and doesn't feel like it's working. Plugging and unplugging does not help and I have already re-installed and uninstalled G Hub several times which does not help either

Dear digitec team & community For a few weeks now, I have been struggling with the problems described by others regarding the button function. In my case, it's the hold function when I press and hold. I looked for a software error for a long time but couldn't find anything... After reading these reviews, it's clear to me. It must be the mouse. I have already bought a new one, because my workstation has to work. I still have warranty until mid Nov. Can you just give me a credit instead of a replacement? Don't want to have the same problems again....

Is this the mouse with 16,000dpi or the new one with 25,000dpi? In the headline it says 16K and in the description it says 0 - 25,000dpi adjustable.
