As we unfortunately no longer sell this product, I invite you to contact customer service directly for this. Customer service will then make a request to the supplier :) https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
Yes, the screen is touch and is compatible with Lenovo pens. However, no stylus is included in the delivery. It should be possible to find one in the matching accessories on Digitec.
seemingly without gem. description
Press the innovative Lenovo E-Color Pen (optional) on something that catches your attention,
also Stocker867664's rating says --> "-No accessories included..."
greetings
Unfortunately not. If you have a problem with your product, you can always call Lenovo technical support, but if you contact our customer service, Lenovo will not answer.
According to research, the Levono E-Color Pen is not available in Europe. However, the Digital Pen is available at Digitec and also supports pressure sensitivity. In my opinion, however, almost all Wacom pens should work. The pen on my HP EliteBook 1030 x360 also works without any problems with all functions on this device.
Hello HaSe, I think it will be rather difficult via Swiss online shops. You'll probably have more success via Amazon or similar platforms. Possibly also cheaper and with a pen included.
I hope I have been helpful. Greetings
The keyboard layout of our device is German - Switzerland. No other selection was possible when ordering. I would check with the Help Centre https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de
I think it's made of glass. Anyway, it's hard and doesn't give.
You notice this especially when you use a pen that doesn't have a soft tip. Then you have hardly any resistance when drawing or writing.
The device has three USB C ports. Another monitor can be connected directly via two of them. This also works if you connect a compatible hub in between.
Hello Julia.landa
The E-Color pen is not yet available in Switzerland. I also asked Digitec about it after I bought the Yoga Duet 7i and got this answer. It is also not yet possible to say exactly whether the pen will even appear on the Swiss market, let alone be included in the scope of delivery in the future. I now use the Lenovo Active Pen 2 for full operation of the 2-in-1 device. Only works on the touchscreen but not as a conventional pen.
Caution is more advised with the device itself. I bought the device with my colleague for studying. After a few Windows updates, the audio device drivers suddenly stopped working. However, it is very tedious to install or update them again. We both had this problem. However, Lenovo is aware of the problem.
I hope I was able to help you.
Greetings 9mike8
I bought the Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock 60W (2nd gen.) to go with it. Everything works (almost) perfectly. Unfortunately, the Lenovo cannot be switched on via the button on the docking station, neither when closed nor when open.
Unfortunately, no pen is included. The scope of delivery includes the device, the keyboard, a 45 watt power supply unit and a CH power cable. It would be helpful to see somewhere which pens are compatible.
