Which operating system does the watch itself run on? Wear OS?

Compatible with iOS according to the description. Does the smartwatch connect via its own Lenovo app or does it use the Apple Health app or other Apple apps?

Does the Lenovo E1 Max also require an account? Does someone also collect data without being asked, as with the Fitbit, for example? Here, even the location tracking must be switched on in order to synchronise the data with the app. Or do you know of a system that does not require an account and does not collect any data?
