The manufacturer's website shows the new, straight jack plug. Digitec still shows the 90° angled plug. Which version is sold?

For this, you would need a USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter. This should not be a problem.

According to our information, there is no difference between the two devices except for the colour.

I am a long-time fan of PortaPro...however, unlike in the past, you can't just send them in for repair and thereby benefit from a quasi lifetime warranty, whereby you have only paid for the spare parts. Or am I wrong about that?

Unfortunately, yes, I helped myself and found spare parts such as the earpiece or bracket on AliExpress.
