It comes with an Intel fan that certainly makes it usable in a purely office context... I mounted it with a be quiet! Dark Rock Slim which does the job very well.

Hello, I would like to know which water cooler would be compatible and powerful enough for this processor if I use it for gaming. I would also like it to fit into the Corsair Crystal 570X RGB case (Midi Tower)

Which fan do you recommend if the CPU is used 99.99% of the time for development & compiling and running VMs? I don't want to have to work with headphones. Programming is not that computationally intensive - only compiling. That's why the CPU mostly drones on. Thank you.

If you're going to treat yourself to an i9, then I wouldn't skimp on the cooling either. If space is available, I can recommend the Dark Rock 4. Very quiet. The bigger the heat sink, the less the fan has to do. That means quieter. And with this you are prepared for the future, if you still need it.
