Hello the mainboard of the HP EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR would fit, but the HP has no removable IO BLENDE at the back of the connectors. You will need a new power supply, HP does not fit. LG
I don't know exactly what kind of cut-outs you mean, but cable management is fine with this case. And if by cut-outs you mean the feed-through from the mainboard to the back, yes it does.
In general, there is nothing to worry about. All modern cases and motherboards are compatible. But it all depends on the motherboard.
