Did I understand that correctly? You want to connect the Doc to the USB-C port of the Xbox and use it to charge your mobile phone and connect your controllers? If so, that should be possible.

I suspect that would not work with this extension cable. Generally, Thunderbolt cables have active components in the connector. But for an extension, a cable like Sir_Cirion mentions is probably also sufficient. So info on the differences I can mention https://www.heise.de/tipps-tricks/Thunderbolt-und-USB-C-Wo-liegt-der-Unterschied-4662253.html In c't issue 16/2021 from page 90 there is an extensive and good article on this topic.

Hello, Can you please contact our Technical support? Our e-mail address is support@itecproduct.com Please note that manufacturers of wireless devices very often recommend connecting the dongle directly to the laptop. Best regards i-tec Team

On the i-tec website you can find current driver packages for Windows, Mac and Linux as well as a firmware update. With these drivers, the dock seems to run a bit more stable on Windows. Link: https://i-tec.pro/de/produkt/c31nanodocklanpd-3/
