I bought this headset for Skype etc on my Lenovo Yoga laptop. I always get a distorted sound - no matter where I connect the headset. All other headsets deliver a clear sound...it can't be the driver, it's up to date.

Since headphones are excluded from the right of return, I'd rather ask: Does this headset also work with the Nintendo Switch? Unfortunately, this is not listed and the saying: "Compatible with many platforms" does not provide the necessary certainty.

It seems to work with the Switch. I'll take a chance and order one.

Does it only have one for the headphones and the mic together, or do they each have a separate one?

How long is the cable? It is important for my setup that it is rather long.

Hello Jamonon. The cable is approx. 130 cm without the extension and ends there in a plug for the headphones and micro connection. Only the enclosed extension (again approx. 160 cm) then ends in 2 plugs for the 2 different sockets. Unfortunately, I always have to use the extension, but the total of 3 metres is much too long and always gets in the way.

This has never happened to me before. I am generally very satisfied with the headset. It does its job perfectly, the microphone is easy to understand for the person I'm talking to, the headphones are comfortable, and it seals out ambient noise fairly well. Overall very solid product.
