Does it have a Swiss ROM region version or the German one?

Hello all, Is it possible to install Google Play Store and then download everything that huawei doesn't have in the store? Because I have the apk for the Google Store, would like to use the Google Android Auto. This is my faithful companion in the car navigation where it just displays on the screen of the car. I am aware that it is installed without Google software, but I don't want to route it. As it has been described in various ago. If you could only do it via the apk, it would be great. Greetings Klaus
