This is money badly spent, I only had problems afterwards! The print head was not recognised!
At that time I bought an Epson XP-830, today XP-7100, which I can only recommend!

Yes, this product includes the cartridges and the print head.

According to my research, the successor 7740 has the same 952 print head. But just to be on the safe side, ask HP support about it
Yes it is also compatible with the 953. The cartridge, however, comes with a set of cartridges for the first installation, so they will not be full and you will probably have to change them immediately after installation.
No, the HP Pro 8620 printer does not appear in the compatibility list.
I had the same problem with the 7730. The new print head did not bring any improvement. One day later, the printer suddenly worked again (with the old print head).
