The docking station is compatible with Windows 11. The version of Windows does not matter as it also works with Windows 10, 8 and 7 as well as Mac OS from version 10.8. Manual software or driver installation is not required as the docking station supports Plug & Play.

it has 2 usb c, one of them is usb pd (power supply - i don't know if it also charges fast) and the second one is a normal usb c

I don't have this problem with my office notebook (HP Elitebook). My son, however, also has it with his Lenovo. He locates the problem with the USB-C port of the notebook. It probably needs to be connected to a Thunderbolt-enabled USB-C (the one with the lightning bolt symbol) for it to work.
