I was able to do some research and according to the manufacturer, the RAMs are optimised for Intel XMP 3.0. Depending on the motherboard, you can also use them for AMD CPUs, but it is not recommended by the manufacturer. Although the manufacturer offers AMD Expo versions, they are not gold-coloured but silver-coloured:
- G.Skill RAM Gskill D5 8000 48GB C40 Trident Z5 RGB K2 EXPO, 2 x 24GB, 8000 MHz, DDR5-RAM, DIMM
The CAS latency for this product is 34. CAS latency refers to the number of clock cycles it takes for the memory to output data after receiving a command. A lower CAS latency generally indicates better performance.
The RAMs are 6400MHz with the XMP profile activated.
Note that these sticks are not on the QVL for your motherboard, so we'd recommend getting another model like this: Kingston Renegade (2 x 16GB, 6400 MHz, DDR5 RAM, DIMM)
