Is there a similar module (internal connection via internal USB 3.2 Gen 2 Key A host (20-pin) and external Type-C 10 Gbit/s ports) with the ability to use SD and microSD memory cards?

This product exists: Graugear HUB USB But it needs 19-pin header in addition to the 20-pin one. We haven't found a front panel that only works with 20-pin and the desired connections.

This panel seems to be designed for 10 MBit/s only, is there a built-in front panel that would be suitable for USB3.2 2x2 (20MBit/s)?

yes, it is designed for 10Gbit/s, and unfortunately we don't have front panels with USB3.2 2x2 ports in our range at the moment, we could offer this port in the form of a PCIe card such as Delock PCI Express x4 card to 1 x SuperSpeed USB 20 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2x2) USB Type-C™ + 1 x USB Type-C™ P
