In the normal OLED(POLED) range. You don't notice anything in everyday life and I'm picky.
No, Google doesn't make dual-sim devices. Never has been, just as little as Nexus/Pixel with external SD card. ;) The eSim also only works with Project FI, which as far as I know is not available in Switzerland. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/phone-by-google/PSjRN8yAJw4
