Questions about FRITZ! Box 3490

Dear Community I have been using the Fritz!Box 3490 for a few hours (as a simple access point via LAN1). Unfortunately, the UPLOAD speed via WLAN and LAN is a disaster (approx. 0.5 Mbit/s) -- DOWNLOAD is OK. (min. fibre optic, > 70 Mbit/s). Cable and connection are ruled out as faults (test of alternative router). Do you have any idea what else this could be? My fear is a technical error... Thank you and greetings

Can you tell me how I can connect the Fritz!Box 3490 to the Internet with an existing WLAN 5Ghz? From the Internet option only LAN is available and via repeater I cannot connect to a Netgear wifi.

ac are 1300mbit/s that means that with a fibre connection to the modem, I can connect the device to the modem and then have a connection of the 1Gbit/s that the fibre provides... correct? and what does 802,11 g/n mean 450mbit/s ?
