In the past, in stock meant that the product could be collected from the store the next day. Today, even if it says delivery tomorrow, this means that the parcel will be handed over to the post office the next day and you can expect delivery in three to four days at the earliest. If you are lucky, the product will be cheaper during this time and you can cancel the order and start again from the beginning. Please adjust the delivery times to the actual circumstances, thank you!

Products that are in stock in our warehouse in Wohlen can usually be collected from a store of your choice the next day at the latest. However, this only applies to items for which collection is also possible - unfortunately, this item cannot be ordered for collection. In this case, we will hand the item over to the shipping service provider as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

@gschwinds: This is in no way about the power cable. The Swiss power cable is often - not always - included in the box, and we have a whole box full of them :-) The primary issue here is that the customer was told @info by DIgitec that this is a Swiss device - especially the Swiss Edition. However, this is not correct and Digitec should declare this if necessary.

I have been using the Eizo CG2700X on a Mac Studio M1 max for a year now. Because I need all of the Mac's USB-C and Thunderbolt ports for additional devices, I use the Mac's HDMI output for the Eizo. But the Thunderbolt ports would also work. I use the remaining USB-C and DisplayPort inputs on the Eizo for a Windows laptop (which I also charge via USB-C from the Eizo) or a 15-year-old Windows Dual Xeon workstation. Everything works perfectly from my point of view. I can't say whether an Apple display would be better. The automatic calibration of the monitor is cool.

What is the difference between this and the Swiss Edition apart from the warranty? Seems to be a bit of a storm and would like some clarification. We already have the slightly larger EIZO monitor ColorEdge CG319X - EIZO Swiss warranty and are looking for a 27 inch second monitor. Thank you for your assessment and information. Kind regards

@Saajithan Thayaparan If it were the Swiss Edition, then it would come with a Swiss power cable and the monitor would have a 5-year on-site warranty. Here, however, it is not the Swiss Edition, i.e. with a shockproof cable and 5 years bring-in. The scope of delivery; i.e. light protection screen, built-in calibration sensor, ColorNavigator 7 are always included with the CG2700X, so also with this import device. It would be great if Digitec Galaxus would declare this correctly - or if the customer had the choice - import or Swiss Edition.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
