It's always a thing with the official online shops of the manufacturers. In many cases, the prices there fall less quickly and are generally somewhat higher, which results in something like this.
Be sure to ask DJI directly. They know best and this will save you from making a bad purchase.
Yes, it will be allowed, but you will have to pass a short online test to certify your understanding of the rules.
The Air 2S has the bigger sensor. It's probably a little better for photography.
There are 3 batteries in total. There are a handful of spare propellers in the bag. There is a usb-c and a lightning cable for the remote control.
Yes it has, you are warned when manned aircraft are in the vicinity.
I don't know the problem, but apparently the batteries are activated the first time they are charged. You should charge them individually, i.e. remove the plug from the multi-charger and connect it directly to the battery. This may also apply to older models, but it was not necessary for me. If this does not help, you will have to contact support.
Hello Have a look at AMAZON.de, you're sure to find what you're looking for there.

No, they are two different batteries. The ones from the Air 2 fit the Air 2S.
According to the Dji site, these are included: ND Filters Set (ND4/8/16/32) Dji Air 2S ND Filters Set (4/8/16/32) (Filter, Air 2S)
The Mavic Pro 2 has a bigger camera. So I assume that the filters will not fit. It wouldn't be DJI if something was compatible.
Now I can answer the question myself :-) In stock and about to be ordered. Nice, yesterday the date was not yet known. This morning, May to June was switched on and now the items are in stock. I am happy!
Yes, the batteries are exactly the same as the Mavic Air 2 and can also be used in the Air 2s.
