The vouchers are only valid in the shop where they are purchased. This means that CHF vouchers from Switzerland cannot be redeemed here.

If the voucher has not been redeemed after the expiry date, please contact our customer service (digitecdigitec.ch) directly. Then this can be checked individually.

The vouchers are displayed in the customer account under "Vouchers" as a voucher code. You can either download them as a PDF or design a gift card yourself.
