Yes, these Devolo Magic 1 adapters have CH plugs and sockets. (Please note that the Magic adapters are not compatible with the "normal" Devolo adapters).

What kind of cables are in your walls for power supply, and whether there are many devices in between that can generate interference. If you plug the 2 sockets into a multisocket without other devices, you will certainly achieve higher speeds.
