Dell DA310
USB-C, 1 Ports
Thank you for pointing this out. We have gladly reported this for review and this will be processed as soon as possible.
They are both identical, which is not so optimal on the DA310, the ports are all arranged in a circle around the device, you can't cable optimally when using it on a table and the USB-C cable is extendable, but it is actually only about 12 cm long, which is often not enough to cable everything you want to connect nicely next to the notebook.
Not too long. About 15cm.
This docking station supports max. 4K@60Hz. This is sufficient for 1920x1080@165Hz. https://www.dell.com/de-ch/shop/dell-usb-c-mobile-adapter-da310/apd/470-aeup/pc-zubeh%C3%B6r#techspecs_section
We provide a 2-year guarantee, but the product has a 3-year manufacturer's guarantee. In the first two years you can handle the warranty through us, after that it will be handled by the manufacturer in the 3rd year.
No, the only existing cable is a USB-C cable
Hello Yamaha79 Could it be that you have a C-format USB port and not a Thunderbolt port? That's the only explanation I have right now. Greetings
