I don't think that should be a problem. Both memories are DDR3 and run at the same frequency.
Good morning. That can't work because iMacs have short SO-DIMM sockets. A DIMM 240 module won't fit in there. Sorry.

According to the specs on https://support.hp.com/de-de..., this should work without any problems. RAMs designed for faster timings usually work as well, so they can also be operated "more slowly". If I were you, I would take the risk of buying it, because in my experience it has practically always worked in comparable cases. However, I would first take a close look at the RAMs already installed.

According to the HP website, the computer in question is compatible with DIMM 240 modules clocked at 1333Mhz. I would say at first sight that yes, it is compatible with these DIMMs.

1st question: are they in the manufacturer's compatibility list?
2. In the end, these worked for me: CT2K51264BD160B, the B was important. The memory chips on the bars were different from those without the B.

I use it for the Mac Pro Server (Mid 2010). Works perfectly.

This one should work, but I would rather use "Kingston".

No! they are DIMM 240pin and for your Apple IMAC you need SO-DIMM 204pin.
