I wanted to put the clock into operation with Swisscom. Signal reception was not possible. I contacted the manufacturer in Poland. I received instructions by e-mail on how to set the watch to receive the signal using programming codes that had to be sent to the SIM card by SMS. After the 3rd SMS, the watch actually had reception. However, the transmission power or 3G/4G signal reception is very poor or highly unreliable. Hands off this device. It caused us a lot of trouble for several days.
It works on my side, there are sometimes connectivity problems in border regions (roaming), but otherwise no worries.
According to the manufacturer, this is only a support and it should work for us in Switzerland. However, as we have no personal experience, the question remains in the Community so that other members can participate in this question.
