There is no difference, it's the same product and it only comes in one colour. The "white" variant is in an external warehouse, "black, white" is in the Digitec warehouse (and therefore delivered faster)

Unfortunately, Canon itself cannot answer when the lens will be available. Answer on 06.02.2024 from Canon: Please check our online shop on Wednesday and Thursday to see if they are available, because that is when they are delivered. This answer is also very satisfying for me. (meant ironically)
