Unfortunately (to my knowledge) this is not possible with the LE :( One of the reasons why it costs a lot less than the Blackberry Key2.

We have received an answer from a customer and would like to share it with you: Scrolling via the keyboard is possible with the Key2, but unfortunately not with the Key2LE.
Use the RAVpower charger 30 watt usb turbo wall charger and the orignal cable supplied with the phone.!
