The front panel is not removable, but firmly riveted to the frame. Probably for construction reasons / stability / against microwave radiation. On the top surface are 2 x USB A 3.1, 1x headphone microphone jack, 1x USB A 2.0 and the power switch. This is a bit of a nuisance because house dust gets into the USB ports. I've had the case myself for three years and am very happy with it. Before that I had a Corsair tower with water cooling and all the bells and whistles. I would never go back.
