Yes, it was the same for me. I've been using a generic cable with a CH plug for months without any problems.

Write to Digitec customer support (with order no.) to tell them that an adapter for a CH plug is missing. They will send you an adapter immediately and free of charge.
Unfortunately, we are not currently aware of this. However, if this is an external promotion, you can use our proof of purchase to prove that the item was purchased new (should Asus accept this).
