Since the warranty usually expires after two years, you would have to contact Apple directly.
As noted on our page, it is still the 2018 model. The notebook is also adapted to the market price and the pricing is also influenced by supply and demand, as well as the different suppliers :)

The size of the SSC is noted in the main specifications. It is 512GB for this model of MacBook Pro.
The two 15" models are technically the same and actually only have the difference of the hard disk. However, the price is formed on the basis of our purchasing conditions and we can therefore currently offer the one with more memory at better conditions. Regarding the 13" model, I'm afraid I can't help you, as I don't see exactly which one you mean.
