I was able to carry out a search and unfortunately we currently have no purchase offers for the desired configuration. If and when it might be available is not foreseeable at the moment. The 70W power adapter is also available separately: Apple Power Adapter 70W

Unfortunately, we can currently only arrange the MacBook with this layout.
