I don't think you're the only one frustrated, and I think Digitec's communication is very poor. I recommend that you order directly from Apple and, if necessary, leave both orders open until you have received a device. For me personally, it was the first and last time I pre-ordered a new product from Digitec🤷🏼♂️.
Ordered it on 23.10.20 and was able to pick it up on 18.11.20. Coincidentally, I got a survey from Digitec on 17.11.20 asking me if I was satisfied etc. I then grumbled about the back and forth ordering process of the Iphone 12 Pro and the next day I was able to pick up the Iphone 12 Pro. Strange coincidence. Anyway, the Iphone 12 Pro is great and worth the wait.
Prices are based on supply and demand, but also depend on the suppliers and the availability of the goods. For all these reasons, they vary regularly. In this case, the pricing seems to be up to date.

Hello, I ordered my iPhone on 13 Nov and received it on 19 Nov. Just be patient, because of the current situation everything around the globe that is not in stock has a little longer.
