Turn on your new iPhone and place it next to your old one. A pop-up for setting up your new iPhone should then appear on the screen of your previous iPhone. Then just follow the instructions on the screen of your old iPhone. The Apple article explains it in more detail.

Unfortunately no. The delivery date is currently unknown. If we receive an update from the supplier, we will update the availability accordingly.
Normally, articles with a sales start are dispatched in such a way that they are in the customer's letterbox on day X of the sales start.

Update: Delivery status changed to 23.10. on Thursday and the device was shipped on the 23rd, so according to the post it should arrive with me today on 24.10., so Happy again ;-)
