iPhone: Settings, Apple Account, Payment & Shipping, Apple Account, Redeem, Enter code manually.
Immediately after the purchase in the Key-Club app, an e-mail with the subject 'Order Confirmation xxx' is sent to the person at the end of the purchase process. It contains several enclosures, including one with the note 'digitec e-voucher ....'. This contains the 'voucher code XY' to be entered in the Apple account.

In principle, yes, as long as gift cards are also offered in the country or region in question. There is an overview of where this is the case on the Apple website.

Where it says purchases, it says gift cards at the bottom. Then you have to click on it and the card you bought will appear and then you have to click on show and then you can print out the following page. :D Merry Christmas.
