Hello @Pitch1337 Sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, AMD kept pushing back our delivery date and we hope to receive the CPUs this week. However, I do have some good news, our first shipment will be large enough that each pre-orderer will receive a processor as soon as they arrive!
As a rule, we do not interfere with the prices of our marketplace retailers. However, we are happy to take feedback on board and pass it on.
Fortunately, we offer the item at a lower price ourselves.
Thank you for this info, i am aware if that and do not ocerclock it. System is not build yet and i think mainboard supplier will react with adjusted BIOS versions to counter this problem
Unfortunately, we currently have no information as to when we will be offering this item directly again. Only one offer from a marketplace retailer is currently available.
AMD does not support higher speeds, but you can go faster at your own risk. Take a look at the compatibility list for your motherboard. I use a G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB (article 21038645) with 6000 Mhz, runs very well.
The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D supports DDR5 memory, and it is compatible with AMD EXPO technology, which can enhance memory performance.
For the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 memory at 6400 MHz, here are the key points to consider:
- The Ryzen 7 7800X3D supports DDR5 memory, and AMD EXPO technology is compatible with this CPU.
- While the CPU can handle high-speed DDR5 memory, the optimal performance for the 7800X3D has been noted to be around DDR5 6000 MHz with a CL30 timing. However, it should still support 6400 MHz speeds, although it might not be the optimal configuration.
In summary, yes, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D will support the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 memory at 6400 MHz with AMD EXPO, but for the best performance, DDR5 6000 MHz with CL30 timing is recommended.
