does this enclosure have good air flow?

The enclosure only has one fan at the back of the enclosure, the front is closed! So I would say that the airflow is rather poor!

Can you also use fans instead of radiators, e.g. 120mm fans?

I just unpacked the part and the acrylic glass is completely milky. But that doesn't seem to be a film that can be removed, or am I seeing it wrong? In the pictures, the glass is clearly transparent.

Yes, all 120 radiators and all 120 fans would fit.

I bought this housing. Now I've noticed that I can't change the leds. When I press the button, nothing happens. It just stays red. What should I do now? Should I file a warranty claim?

You must connect the reset cable that goes to the switch to the cable where it says reset.
