Hello. No, unfortunately not. My son has tried it and the controller cannot be used with a Mac computer. You can't play games with this controller on a Mac.

Hello I wanted to update the firmware of the adapter (dongle) but the firmware updater crashed. Now Windows no longer recognises the adapter and so the firmware updater no longer shows anything and of course it no longer works. There is also no LED light on the adapter any more. Is there any way to fix this and reload the firmware? Many thanks for your support!

You can run the software application in Windows and (again) install the update. The controller is then updated and bug fixes are created. This makes it possible to use it again. I hope I was able to help you.

Hello, In concrete terms, what is the difference between the Nintendo Switch Pro controller and the Switch controller? I'm looking for a controller with the same functions as Nintendo's, but that's ergonomic and above all doesn't have the joystic problem.... It is not possible to bring the console out of sleep mode. In other words, start the console first and then connect it to the controller. I think the controller is really good. With the additional charging station it not only looks nice but is also a really fair price!
